Lilbit Collections — In-Person Class Policies

Please read carefully before purchasing. Purchasing any in-person class confirms you understand and agree to these policies.

Important:
All classes are non-refundable. No-shows do not receive a refund and do not automatically receive a reschedule. Your purchase secures a reserved time slot.

Booking & Payment +
  • All in-person classes must be paid in full to secure your spot.
  • Your payment reserves a specific date/time and removes that slot from availability.
  • Purchasing a class confirms you agree to all policies listed on this page.
Non-Refundable Policy (No Exceptions) +

All classes are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • No-show / missed appointment
  • Late arrival
  • Change of mind
  • Travel issues / weather
  • Personal conflicts or emergencies
  • Booking the wrong class or option

By purchasing, you understand your payment is for the reserved time slot and preparation for your session.

No-Show Policy +

If you do not show up for your scheduled class, your session is forfeited.

  • No refund
  • No automatic reschedule
  • Your slot is considered completed/used

Purchasing the course confirms you understand that a no-show does not grant a refund or a make-up class.

Rescheduling +
  • Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is approved only at Lilbit Collections’ discretion.
  • To be considered, you must request rescheduling at least 72 hours before your scheduled start time.
  • Only one reschedule may be allowed per purchase.
  • A rescheduling fee may apply depending on timing and availability.
  • Same-day or last-minute requests are not eligible.
Late Arrival +
  • Class time is not extended for late arrivals.
  • If you arrive too late to complete the session, the class may be forfeited with no refund.
Location, Confirmation & Communication +
  • Classes are in-person in Atlanta, GA.
  • Exact location is sent after your date is confirmed.
  • Supply list and prep details are sent after purchase (and may vary by class option).

Supplies & Class Options +

Some classes are “bring your own materials” and some include materials. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.

Lilbit Collections is not responsible for purchases made in error (including selecting the wrong class option).

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes +

By purchasing an in-person class, you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute for any reason covered by these policies.

Any chargeback attempt may result in a permanent ban from booking and documentation being submitted to the payment provider.

Final Agreement +

Purchasing confirms you have read and agreed to these policies. All sales are final.
