These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Returns Policy, and Shipping & Processing Policy.

Important: Purchasing from this site constitutes your agreement that (i) you are the authorized account holder of the payment method used, (ii) your identity information is accurate and truthful, and (iii) you will not misuse chargebacks or payment disputes. 1) Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and all policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2) Eligibility, Identity & Authorization

• You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence and capable of entering binding contracts.
• You affirm that you are who you say you are and that all information provided (name, billing/shipping address, phone, email) is accurate and truthful.
• You affirm that you are the authorized user of the payment method used and have lawful permission to use it for the purchase.

3) Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach of security.

4) Accuracy of Information

• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders.
• You agree to promptly update your account and other details, including email and payment information, so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.

5) Products, Content & Availability

• We strive to display product colors, images, and details accurately; variations may occur due to device settings, lighting, or manufacturing updates.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or change descriptions and pricing at any time without notice.
• Site content may contain typographical errors or omissions; we may correct and update information at any time.

6) Pricing, Taxes & Promotions

• Prices are subject to change. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout as applicable.
• Promotions, discount codes, and special offers may be subject to additional terms and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

7) Orders, Verification & Acceptance

• Your order is an offer to purchase; we may accept or decline any order at our sole discretion.
• We may require additional verification, including ID/address confirmation, to prevent fraud. Failure to provide verification may result in cancellation and refund.
• We may cancel orders for suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
• Resale without authorization is prohibited; we may limit or cancel quantities per person, per household, or per order.

8) Payments, Installments & Gift Cards

• By submitting payment, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for the full order amount (including taxes, shipping, and applicable fees).
• Installments/BNPL: Some payment options are provided by third parties. Eligibility and terms are set by those providers. Gift cards are not eligible for BNPL/Installment purchases.
• Gift Cards: Final sale, not returnable or redeemable for cash (except where required by law). Treat like cash; we are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.

9) Shipping, Processing & Risk of Loss

• Shipping/processing timelines are outlined in our Shipping & Processing Policy. Timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or events beyond our control.
• Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the carrier. Ensure your shipping address is correct; we are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.
• Signature confirmation or ID verification may be required for certain orders at our discretion.

10) Digital Downloads

• Digital products are delivered immediately upon checkout via the order confirmation page and via email.
• 14-Day Return Window: Digital items are eligible for return within 14 days of purchase, provided the files have not been substantially downloaded, accessed, or used. We may verify download logs and require a signed attestation of deletion/non-use before processing a refund.
• Unless otherwise stated, digital products are licensed for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, sharing, or public posting is prohibited.

11) Custom, Made-to-Order & Pre-Order Items

• Custom and made-to-order items generally ship within 28 business days unless otherwise specified on the product page.
• Due to their personalized nature, custom items may be ineligible for return or may be subject to specific conditions as stated on the product page or in our Returns Policy.

12) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Our standard return window is 14 days from delivery for eligible items. See our Returns Policy for criteria, steps, and the return address.
• Returns must follow the instructions on our Returns page. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Original shipping fees are typically non-refundable.

13) Delivery Issues, Lost/Delayed Packages

• If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, contact the carrier first and then contact us with the case/claim number so we can assist.
• We are not responsible for delays after hand-off to the carrier; carrier investigations may be required before replacement/refund options are provided.

14) Chargebacks & Disputes

We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. By purchasing, you agree to the following:

• Contact Us First: You agree to contact us and allow up to 15 days to investigate and resolve any order issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
• No Misuse of Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback without a valid basis (e.g., items delivered as described, a return/refund already in process, or without first contacting us) is considered misuse. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks with order records, tracking/delivery scans, and communications.
• Account Actions: We may cancel or refuse future orders, disable your account, and/or recover costs and fees incurred in responding to improper or fraudulent chargebacks.

15) User Content, Reviews & Conduct

• By submitting reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content in connection with our Services and marketing.
• You agree not to submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, defamatory, or harmful content.

16) Intellectual Property

• All site content—including text, images, graphics, logos, product names, and designs—is owned by or licensed to LilBit Collections and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

17) Third-Party Services

• We use third-party tools (payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics). Your use of such services may be subject to those parties’ terms and privacy policies.

18) Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated by us in writing, the Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Your use is at your sole risk.

19) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LilBit Collections shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Services or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.

20) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LilBit Collections and our affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or infringement of any third-party rights.

21) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Cobb County, Georgia shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any action arising out of these Terms or your use of the Services (unless otherwise required by law).

22) Dispute Resolution

• Informal Resolution First: Contact us at the email or phone below and allow reasonable time for a good-faith resolution.
• Forum: If informal resolution fails, disputes must be brought in the courts specified above.
• Time Limits: Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues, unless a longer period is required by law.

23) Miscellaneous

• Electronic Communications: You consent to receive communications from us electronically (email, site notices, etc.).
• Severability: If any provision is held unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of such right or provision.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms and referenced policies constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
