Physical Products:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with the security seal intact.
  • Once the seal on the box is broken, returns or refunds are not accepted.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Digital Products:

  • Returns for digital items are accepted within 14 days of purchase if the file has not been downloaded or accessed.
  • Once a digital file has been downloaded, opened, or accessed, it becomes non-refundable.
  • We recommend reviewing all product descriptions carefully before purchasing digital goods.
