Yes — you may cancel any order that has not shipped.
Digital products cannot be canceled due to instant delivery emails sent immediately after purchase.
Digital products are non-refundable due to automatic fulfillment once payment is complete.
Physical products have up to 14 days for return requests. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Once opened or seal is broken, returns/refunds are not accepted.
No. Only one wig per order is allowed.
