I ordered online but want to cancel. Can I do that? +

Yes — you may cancel any order that has not shipped.

Digital products cannot be canceled due to instant delivery emails sent immediately after purchase.

Do you offer refunds? +

Digital products are non-refundable due to automatic fulfillment once payment is complete.

Physical products have up to 14 days for return requests. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Once opened or seal is broken, returns/refunds are not accepted.

Am I able to order more than one wig in one order? +

No. Only one wig per order is allowed.

If you’d like more than one wig, please place separate orders.

If I miss my appointment due to a delivery delay, will you cover fees? +

No. LilBit Collections is not responsible for appointment or cancellation fees caused by shipping delays.

Please wait until your order arrives and is confirmed before booking hair services.

Can I make changes to my order? +

Orders are processed quickly for fulfillment. Once payment is complete, orders cannot be changed or altered.

Does my billing and shipping have to match? +

Yes. Your billing and shipping address must match for order processing.

The only exception is Apple Pay.
