I ordered online but want to cancel. Can I do that? +

Yes. Orders can be canceled if they have not shipped yet.

Digital products cannot be canceled because they are delivered instantly by email after purchase.

Do you offer refunds? +

Digital products are non-refundable due to instant delivery.

Physical products may be returned within 14 days if unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Once opened, returns are not accepted.

Am I able to order more than one wig in one order? +

No. Only one wig is allowed per order.

If you would like multiple wigs, please place separate orders.

If I miss my appointment due to delivery delay, will you cover fees? +

No. LilBit Collections is not responsible for appointment fees caused by shipping delays.

Please wait until your order arrives before scheduling hair services.

Can I make changes to my order? +

Orders are processed quickly. Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made.

Does my billing and shipping address need to match? +

Yes. Billing and shipping addresses must match for order processing.

The only exception is Apple Pay.
