Processing: Orders typically process within 7-14 business days after payment confirmation. During launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may extend slightly.

Shipping: We ship exclusively with UPS and USPS. Once dispatched, most U.S. orders arrive in approximately 3–4 business days. Tracking is sent via email after shipment.

Returns (Wigs & Hair Units):

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if the item is unopened and the security seal is intact.
• Once the seal on the box is broken, returns or refunds are not accepted.
• Worn, installed, colored, or altered wigs are considered final sale.
